New spin on this year's College Football action!

Ladies and gents, for this year I'm going to try something a little different.  I'll still be running the blog as usual and doing my weekly SEC previews and reviews but this year instead of me just doing my picks on the blog, I'm also running a College Football Pick 'em on Yahoo!  Every week, I'll add a part to my blog to identify who in our pick group dominated the competition.  It should be interesting to see how the readers are seeing the season shape up.  In order to sign up for the Pick 'em, just go to http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/college .  Once there, click on "join an existing group".  Then you'll have to sign in with your Yahoo ID and use the Group ID# and password below to find our group and get your picks ready to go.  Look forward to seeing you sign up!

SEC Predictions (from the readers)

Alright ladies and gents.  It's that time of the year again and on the eve of the SEC Media Days in Birmingham, I wanted to get a couple of polls posted on the blog to start getting your votes on who you think will win the SEC East and West.  I'm going to save my predictions for another week or two but I wanted to see which way you guys were leaning.  I'd like to see you back up your vote by some posts to this blog entry but if your only reason to vote for a school is the simple fact that you bleed orange and blue, crimson and white, red and black, etc., then I can buy that too.  Don't know about you but I'm getting pretty freaking excited and looking forward to another great year of SEC Football and hopefully giviing you guys an entertaining read throughout the football season!

I'm still looking for some cowriters to the blog for all the SEC teams except for Bama.  I'm especially looking for an Auburn and UGA writer since I know I have several of you guys reading the blog.  Let me know if you are interested and I'll get you started.
